Erin Pryor is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing & Experience Officer at First Horizon Bank, where she is responsible for brand, company-wide marketing, client experience, product, and omnichannel enablement. With a focus on innovation and a deep understanding of customer engagement, Erin leads a talented team that focuses on driving growth, deepening customer relationships and expanding the bank's reach in both traditional and digital spaces.
A visionary leader, Erin has been instrumental in launching several innovative campaigns that have significantly increased First Horizon’s visibility and market share. Under Erin's leadership, First Horizon Bank was awarded 18 industry awards for marketing campaigns and website redesign in 2023, including ABA Brand Slam award, Best in Biz award and two Stevie awards.
With more than 20 years of experience in the finance, banking and media industries, Ms. Pryor has played a key role in scaling businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 enterprises. Before joining First Horizon, she led the brand and go-to-market strategy development for USAA Bank, showcasing her strategic ability and innovative approach.
Ms. Pryor is actively involved in various industry associations and is a sought-after speaker on topics related to marketing strategy, the shifting CMO role and women in leadership. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Erin is passionate about mentoring the next generation and is committed to community service, particularly initiatives that support financial literacy and empowerment.
Ms. Pryor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism from Southern Methodist University. In addition to her professional studies, Ms. Pryor completed certification in Finance for Executives from Kellogg, Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School, and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Sara Toussaint currently serves as co-CEO of TMJ, one of the first athlete representation agencies in the world dedicated to women’s football. TMJ's roster of 200+ talent encompasses professional footballers, coaches, legends, analysts, and influential personalities in the women's game. In her role, Sara leads business operations of the agency as well as commercial opportunities for TMJ's talent. In 2021, she joined the ownership group of the North Carolina Courage and in 2025 became a co-owner of Querétaro FC in Mexico's Liga MX. Sports Business Journal honored Sara as a Game Changer due to her 20-plus years of sports business experience with Wells Fargo, Major League Soccer, the National Lacrosse League, and Major League Baseball.
Proudly raised on the South Side of Chicago, Sara earned her BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and an MBA from NYU. She's an angel investor of two women-founded companies: luxury brands Able Made (with operations in North Carolina) and Nopalera and in 2024 invested in the Tony-Award winning "Operation Mincemeat" on Broadway. She currently serves as an advisory board member to U.S. Soccer, Simmons University's Women’s Sports Masters Program, University of Florida's Sports Management Advisory Board, and the Harn Museum of Art.

Sarah Brody is a partner in McKinsey & Company’s Raleigh office and a leader within the firm’s Global Energy and Materials (GEM) practice. Sarah leads McKinsey’s water service line in North America, where she advises utilities, technology companies, and investors on growth, operational performance, resilience, and capital deployment in the water sector.     Sarah also advises clients in the regulated power and gas utility space on operational performance and strategy.
 
In addition to her client work, Sarah helps advance cross-sector collaboration on infrastructure resilience and sustainability. She has led partnerships with organizations including the World Economic Forum and the CEO Water Mandate, supporting initiatives focused on public-private collaboration in water. She also serves on the selection committee for ImagineH2O and on the Industry Advisory Board for Duke University’s Master of Climate and Sustainability Engineering program.

A 2021 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she is passionate about storytelling and connecting with audiences through engaging, impactful coverage. Hannah is currently the In-Stadium Host for the North Carolina Courage, the On-Field Host for the Single-A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. She provides on-air coverage for ESPN+ broadcasts as a sideline reporter for Queens University and Charlotte 49er Athletics. She also provides reporter coverage for MY48 Sports, including Elon Football and Friday Night Rivals.
