As a Season Ticket Member, can I exchange tickets I don't use?
With our ticket exchange feature, you can release your tickets in exchange for Ticket Credits that can be used for future matches. You can use your Ticket Credits to buy discounted seats for friends and family. This feature is available on both the mobile app and the ticketing website. Here’s how it works:
- Go to “My Tickets” and select the match you can’t attend.
- Click “Exchange.”
- Select which seat(s) you wish to exchange.
- See your total Ticket Credits payout.
- Click “Exchange _ Ticket(s)” to confirm.
- Repeat for additional matches as needed.
As a Season Ticket Member, how can I redeem my Ticket Credits?
When you’re ready to redeem Ticket Credits for additional discounted tickets, you can shop our ticketing website or team mobile app.
- Select the discounted "Single Game Tickets" offer for your membership type (i.e., Members, Mini Plan Members, or NCFC Youth Family).
- Select “Use Ticket Credits” as your payment method during checkout.
As a Season Ticket Member, how can I use my merchanidse discount?
When shopping our merch store online, enter your Season Ticket Member ID# (new in 2025) as the “Discount code or gift card” field at checkout. At the stadium, show your Season Ticket Member ID# at checkout. To find your ID#:
- When logged in to the team ticketing site or mobile app, access your Profile in the top right corner. (The circle icon with your first initial.)
- In the “My Profile” view, your ID# appears under your name. Note that this ID# is new for 2025.
