Season Tickets
Q: How much are season tickets?
A: Season ticket prices vary throughout the stadium. Season ticket pricing for the 2025 season can be found here. Please call the front of the NC Courage at 919-459-8144 for more information.
Q: How do I purchase season tickets?
A: Please reach out to the NC Courage’s ticketing department by emailing tickets@northcarolinafc.com or calling (919) 459-8144 and we will be happy to assist.
Q: Does my child need a season ticket?
A: All children over the age of 2 will require a ticket. Children aged 2 or less do not require a ticket and may sit on your lap during the event.
Q: How do I access and manage my season tickets?
A: All season tickets are digital this season and can be accessed with any smart phone via our Account Manager. To manage your tickets please visit the North Carolina Football Club and North Carolina Courage Account Manager at https://am.ticketmaster.com/ncfootballclub/. Sign-In using the email address associated with your account.
Q: How do I transfer, resell and pre-exchange tickets?
A: Log into your North Carolina Football Club and North Carolina Courage Account Manager, go to My Events, click on the match tickets you wish to transfer, resell or pre-exchange, then click on the appropriate action above and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Q: Is there a payment plan available when purchasing season tickets?
A: Yes, we offer 0% interest payment plans spread out over several months. Please talk to your sales representative for available options.

Q: Where are the Supporter Groups located within the stadium and how can I join a Supporter Group?
A: Supporter Groups are in the South Stands (sections 204-205). Please reach out to the Supporter’s Group to join.
Q: Do my season tickets automatically include parking?
A: Parking is included with the prices of tickets for all home games in 2024. A dedicated parking lot is coming in 2025 for NC Courage Season Ticket Members!
General
Q: Can I bring a purse or backpack into the stadium?
A: Only clear bags are allowed to be brought into the stadium. Diaper bags accompanied with an infant and clutch purses (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”) are allowed. Backpacks, bags, and purses, unless as noted, are not allowed to be brought into the stadium.

Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: For single match tickets please visit at TicketMaster online. Group tickets (groups of 10 or more to a single game), season tickets or mini plans can be purchased by calling the North Carolina Football Club at (919) 459-8144 or email us at tickets@northcarolinafc.com.
Q: Is the Box office open during the week to purchase tickets?
A: The box office at WakeMed Soccer Park does not have regular business hours. The Box Office will open for home games 2 hours prior to game time. For single match tickets, please visit Ticketmaster at TicketMaster.com to purchase tickets.
Q: Do my tickets automatically include parking?
A: Starting in 2024, single-game parking is included in the price of tickets. VIP parking is available in select seating locations. For more information please contact ticketing@northcarolinafc.com or call 919-459-8144.
Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: All children over the age of 2 will require a ticket. Children aged 2 or less do not require a ticket and may sit on your lap during the event.
Q: Once I enter the stadium, can I leave to get something out of my car?
A: No. WakeMed Soccer Park has a no re-entry policy. Once you enter the stadium after having your ticket scanned, you cannot leave the stadium and then come back in. The exceptions to this policy are medical circumstances and lightning delays (see the next question about rain).
Q: What happens if it rains? Will I get a refund?
A: North Carolina FC and the North Carolina Courage will play in the rain. The match could be delayed and the stadium cleared, if lightning or severe weather is detected in the area. If dangerous weather is detected in the area, fans should return to their vehicles. Staying in or under the metal bleachers is NOT allowed. During a delay, updates will be made on the video board, PA announcements, and on our social media channels to keep fans updated on when play will resume.
On rare occasions a match is cancelled, the match will usually be rescheduled. All tickets purchased for the cancelled match will be good for the rescheduled match. Please watch for additional information from the club following any postponed or canceled match.
Q: What if a match is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances?
A: Matches are typically rescheduled for a later date and original tickets will be good for the rescheduled match.
Any other information will be communicated directly to the ticket purchaser via email from the North Carolina Football Club.

Q: I would like to sign my child up for NCFC Youth, how do I do that?
