The National Women’s Soccer League presses pause on the regular season this week as players from across the league depart for the FIFA international window spanning April 1 through 9. The Courage have five players called into their senior or youth national teams this week, earning the opportunity to represent their respective countries. Feli Rauch – Germany
After missing the March FIFA window, Rauch returns to the German squad after getting back into match fitness with the Courage. Germany will compete in a pair of 2025 UEFA European Qualifiers out of Group A4.

Tuesday, April 9: Germany vs. Iceland – 12:10 p.m. ET
Denise O’Sullivan – Republic of Ireland
One of the most decorated players in Irish women’s history, O’Sullivan will also lead her squad in a pair of UEFA European Qualifiers. Ireland, who drew Group A3 in the qualifying stage, will play two of the top-three ranked teams in the FIFA Women’s World Rankings this week.

Casey Murphy – United States
Murphy is among three goalkeepers called into Atlanta for the 2024 She Believes Cup this week. The United States has won four straight, and seven of the nine, She Believes Cups. Fresh off their win in the CONCACAF W Gold Cup, the USWNT looks for more hardware ahead of this Summer’s Olympics. The challenging field features four sides that will embark on Paris in July with all four ranked in the Top 10 in FIFA’s Women’s World Rankings.
Saturday, April 6: USA 2:1 Japan (Semifinal / Atlanta, Georgia)
Tuesday, April 9: USA vs. Canada – 7 p.m. ET (Final / Columbus, Ohio)
Bianca St-Georges – Canada
St-Georges was a late call-up for the W Gold Cup and returns to the Canadian roster for the She Believes Cup. Playing on the other side of the bracket, her and Murphy could potentially face off in either the Final or consolation match on April 9.

Riley Jackson – United States U-20
Jackson has her third call-up of 2024 to the U-20 squad. The 18-year-old has been a consistent presence in the team’s camps ahead of this year’s U-20 World Cup, for which the USA has already qualified. Jackson, one of four NWSL players called into this camp, and the U-20 squad will play a pair of international friendlies in Germany to continue their build towards this September’s World Cup.
