Nine North Carolina Courage players are playing internationally through the first weeks of March. United States and Brazil will play in the SheBelieves Cup, while New Zealand plays in the Cup of Nations and Canada plays in the Algarve Cup. Ireland is participating in a friendly doubleheader with Wales. Crystal Dunn, Samantha Mewis, Abby Dahlkemper, McCall Zerboni, and Jessica McDonald are all on the U.S. roster, and Merritt Mathias has also been training with the team. Also in SheBelieves Cup action, Debinha is with the Brazilian Women’s National Team. NC Courage captain, Abby Erceg, makes her return to the New Zealand Women’s National Team under new head coach, Tom Sermani, Recent Courage signee, Stephanie Labbé, will suit up with the Canadian Women’s National Team, and Denise O’Sullivan is competing with Ireland’s Women’s National Team in friendlies.
