North Carolina Courage captain Denise O’Sullivan and Ireland’s pursuit of the nation’s first trip to the UEFA Women’s EURO headlines the upcoming international window, with other Courage stars taking part in friendlies throughout the window.
O’Sullivan and Ireland will take on Wales across two legs, with the winner on aggregate punching their ticket to the 2025 tournament in Switzerland. Ireland beat Georgia, 9-0 on aggregate to reach Round 2 of the qualifying playoffs. Wales took down Slovakia in extra time to reach final round of qualifying. The first leg will be in Cardiff, while the second leg will be at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium.

International Friendlies:
Brazil
Aline Gomes was named to the Brazil roster for a pair of friendlies against Australia after an impressive start to her Courage career in the home stretch of the NWSL regular season. Gomes earned her first senior cap for Brazil in 2023. Kerolin Nicoli was originally named to the roster but was withdrawn due to injury.

Germany
Feli Rauch and Germany will take on Switzerland and Italy in a pair of friendlies to round out what has been a solid 2024 for Germany. After helping Germany to a bronze-medal finish at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Rauch came off the bench in the team’s friendly against England and played the full 90’ in a friendly against Australia during the last window.
