Roary Appearance Policy
If Roary is available for an appearance, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all of the details are correct for the appearance. There must be an on-site contact who can ensure there is:

A parking spot close to the event

A private location to change and leave belongings (no public restrooms)

A reminder when the appearance time is over

An opportunity to take breaks if needed
The NC Courage reserves the right to refuse a request if it is determined that the event or location is not suitable for Roary. Roary may cancel an appearance if she feels uncomfortable with the venue, the behavior of the guests, if there is not a suitable place to change and store items, and/or any other situation that makes her feel unsafe or uneasy.

Rates are hourly and may vary based on the type of event. Your rate will be confirmed as part of your confirmation email. Clients will also be charged a mileage fee for travel required to reach the event location from the NC Courage front office that is calculated at the current IRS mileage rate. By default, appearances are minimum 15 minutes, and maximum 1 hour. Exceptions must be approved by the Mascot Coordinator in advance. You will receive a final invoice for the appearance after the conclusion of the event via email.

Roary Appearance Cancellation/Change Policy
There is an appearance cancellation fee of $50 for any event canceled by you 7 or fewer days prior to an appearance. If the NC Courage must cancel an appearance, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Requests for changes to appearance details (time/date/location/etc.) after Roary has been confirmed for an appearance will result in a $25 change fee.
