Individual tickets can be purchased through the box office at 919-459-8144 or online. Walk-up purchases are available at the box office on matchday. All children 3+ will need a ticket. Two and under will be admitted without a ticket and must accompany an adult and share the adult’s seat. The box office opens 2 1/2 hours before kickoff.
All tickets are digital this season and can be accessed with any smartphone via our Account Manager. To manage your tickets please visit the North Carolina Football Club and North Carolina Courage Account Manager at https://am.ticketmaster.com/ncfootballclub/. Sign in using the email address associated with your account.
Group Tickets – Group tickets (groups of 10 or more to a single game), season tickets or mini plans can be purchased by calling the North Carolina Football Club at (919) 459-8144 or email us at tickets@northcarolinafc.com.

WakeMed Soccer Park has been designed to ensure that all visitors, including those with disabilities, enjoy an unrivaled matchday experience. The guiding principle for the stadium is that visitors with disabilities are accommodated at all levels and areas throughout the stadium and have the necessary facilities available to meet their needs.
Handicap-accessible seating is always available. It is recommended to contact our ticket office at 919-459-8144 before attending the game to discuss all available options.
No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium. No fans under the age of 21 are permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Fans are required to show a legal driver’s license or passport when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Fans cannot exit WakeMed Soccer Park with any alcoholic beverages. Alcohol sales will conclude at all concession stands at the 75th minute.
Only clear bags are allowed to be brought into the stadium. Diaper bags accompanied with an infant and clutch purses (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”) are allowed. Backpacks, bags, and purses, unless as noted, are not allowed to be brought into the stadium.
To expedite the entry process, we encourage fans to leave bags at home. Clear bags, diaper bags, or medical bags are permitted but are subject to search upon entry.

The Box Office will open for home games two hours before game time. For single-match tickets, please visit Ticketmaster to purchase tickets.
North Carolina Courage staff has the discretion to intervene in any situation if it feels a fan is not contributing to a safe environment.
North Carolina Courage strives to contribute a high standard of guest experience within our league and the Sports and Entertainment Industry. North Carolina Courage pledges to maintain a synergetic, safe, and inclusive community for all to enjoy the beautiful game and support soccer for all. The following Code of Conduct is presented to address conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the community’s experience. Any violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions for a group or individual.
Please note that this Code of Conduct applies equally to online interactions and in-person events.
The following conduct is prohibited in WakeMed Soccer Park and all parking lots, facilities, and areas controlled by the Club. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to the following:
- All fans must always abide by all local and federal laws.
- Discriminatory or hateful language, symbols, or gestures, including but not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, transphobic, and religious intolerant remarks, and iconography.
- Behavior that is illegal, disruptive, threatening, or violent, including verbal, physical, or virtual harassment of match officials, players, staff, or other patrons.
- Improper/Fraudulent resale of tickets
- Possession of prohibited items*
- Throwing items of any kind onto the field.
- Entering or attempting to enter any location other than that permitted by your ticket or credential. (i.e.. Field, Player Tunnel, etc.)
- Refusal to promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
- Conduct which results in damage to the venue or other individual property.
- Irresponsible consumption or use of alcohol or other substances.
- Failing to follow venue rules or requests from staff regarding stadium operations, policies, and emergency response procedures.
Failure to abide by the North Carolina Courage’s Code of Conduct may result in, but is not limited to the following:
- Ejection without refund
- Temporarily denied entry to future matches/events
- Season ticket membership revoked
- Permanently suspended from all North Carolina Courage matches/events

To ensure every fan’s safety, North Carolina FC has a no-re-entry policy.
Before each home game, indulge in the vibrant atmosphere of the North Carolina Courage Fan Fest upon entering the stadium. Here, you can partake in giveaways, unleash your creativity at the poster-making station, strike a pose at the selfie station adorned with soccer props, unwind at the beer lounge, get your face painted, bounce around on inflatables, savor delectable treats from food trucks, and much more!
Fans attempting to enter the field of play before, during, or after a match without prior approval will be removed from the stadium immediately.
The First Aid Station is located behind the Box Office. If you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest North Carolina Courage staff member.
If medical assistance is required, a WakeMed Emergency Medical Technician is available behind the box office located in the northeast corner of the stadium. If the injured person is unable to move, please inform the nearest security team member wearing a yellow shirt and they will notify the EMT.
Sealed water bottles (unfrozen) as well as empty refillable water bottles no larger than 32 oz are allowed into the stadium. All other bottles, cans, or beverage containers are not allowed into WakeMed Soccer Park. Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
Stadium gates will typically open 90 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time. There are some exceptions, and those will be communicated on the team’s social media channels.
Promotional items, or “giveaways,” are available during select game dates to fans who possess a valid ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. One item per guest. Guests must attend the game to receive a promotional item.
If you have lost something, please check at the Box Office at WakeMed Soccer Park, which is where any lost items will be kept. Please call 919-459-8144 if you have any questions about lost objects. If a lost item has not been turned in at the Box Office, please check with the Town of Cary at 919-858-0464.

Merchandise Truck – Located in Fan Fest.
West Stand – On the northwest concourse behind section 101.

Parking is now included with the cost of tickets. Our goal is to ease the parking process by eliminating on-site transactions in 2024. Staff will still be available to direct fans to open parking spots upon arrival for a stress-free experience.
Parking opens 2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff.
Trinity Road at Chatham Street will be CLOSED to through traffic before NC Courage matches. Please plan alternate routes accordingly.
Parking is also available at Fenton. Take the trail at Fenton located on Quinard Road to the WakeMed Soccer Park Cross Country Trail that will lead you directly to the SE entrance of the stadium. A shuttle from the Orange Deck Parking Lot (located behind Sports & Social) to the trailhead will be available starting 2 hours prior to kickoff and available 1 hour after the match concludes.
We highly encourage fans to utilize ride share apps and to set the pick up/drop off location to Fenton or the trailhead located on Quniard Road to use the Walk Through the Woods trail to get to WakeMed Soccer Park. The number of parking spaces at WakeMed Soccer Park has not increased, we encourage taking ride share when available.
INGRESS:
LOTS A, B, C, D: Enter from Soccer Park Drive entrance only.
LOT A & B (ADA Parking and Advanced Passes Only) – Enter WakeMed Soccer Park from East Chatham Street directly onto Soccer Park Drive and move to the right lane.
LOT C (Advanced Passes Only) – Enter WakeMed Soccer Park from East Chatham Street directly onto Soccer Park Drive and move to the right lane. Park in the gravel lot directly beside the stadium.
LOT D – Enter onto Soccer Park Drive and stay in the left lane of Chatham Street Entrance.
LOT E – Enter from Trinity Road entrance only.
EGRESS:
Soccer Park Drive Exit: Right and left lane are left turn only.
Trinity Road Exit: Left lane goes straight to Trinity Road. Both right lanes are right lane only.
NEW post-match player autograph sections. Starting at the match on April 27, we will have a new way for fans to get their favorite players’ autographs. Courage players will be assigned a section of the stadium between sections 106-202 and 207-305. Fans can queue up in the designated sections for autographs following the match.

Fans should only sit in the seats which they have a valid ticket for. Fans may be asked to show their tickets if there is confusion over a specific seat. Seat cushions and seat backs for bleacher sections are permitted.
The game could be delayed and the stadium cleared if lightning or severe weather is detected in the area. If dangerous weather is detected in the area, fans should return to their vehicles. Staying in or under the metal bleachers is NOT allowed. During a delay updates will be made on the video board, over the PA system, and on our social media channels to keep fans updated on when play will resume.
Please be aware that soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous and we ask you to always stay alert. Fans are not permitted to keep soccer balls kicked into the stands. NC Courage asks fans to hand the ball to the nearest NC Courage or WakeMed Soccer Park staff member or the nearest ball kid on the field.
PLEASE NOTE: Per FIFA rules, the clock on the scoreboard will stop at 45:00 at the end of the first half and 90:00 at the end of the second half. Stoppage time is kept on the field by the officials, but the expected stoppage time will be announced to the fans over the public address system.
The following items are not allowed to be brought into WakeMed Soccer Park:

- Backpacks with multiple pockets.

For the safety of our patrons, all guests entering the stadium complex are subject to search as permissible by law. Refusal is grounds to prohibit admission.
Uproar
NC Courage is proud to have an independent supporters group who passionately back our team and club. They call themselves the Uproar. The supporters groups sit in the South Stand at decked out with flags, smoke bombs and drums to produce an electric environment at WakeMed Soccer Stadium. Interested in joining a supporters group? Ambush NC
AmbushNC is the newest supporters group for the North Carolina Courage. Founded in the 2023 season, we strive to create a vibrant and welcoming community of people who cheer for the Courage. Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned soccer-watching pro, all are welcome in this inclusive, fun, and uplifting atmosphere.
Tailgating is only permitted before the game.
- Grills, coolers, and other tailgating materials are expected to be put back into your vehicle before you enter the stadium.
- Do not occupy more than one space per vehicle.
- Charcoal grills, oil fryers, and glass bottles are NOT permitted.
- Please clean up your trash
- Tailgating after kickoff or postgame is not permitted.
- Use of North Carolina Courage parking lots is intended for matchday ticket holders.
- Consumption of alcohol and food preparation must cease after kickoff.
- Stadium security can ask guests to turn off any electronics or generators, curtail games, and turn off music.
- Tampering with or removing parking lot infrastructure or other guests’ property is strictly prohibited.
- WakeMed Soccer Park security and law enforcement reserves the right to remove those in violation of the North Carolina FC Code of Conduct
Use the trail at Fenton to get to WakeMed Soccer Park. The trailhead at Fenton is located on Quinard Road and will lead you to the South East entrance of WakeMed Soccer Park. The trail is well light for nighttime use and signage will be displayed along the trail before during and after all Courage home matches for ease of use.
Parking at Fenton at the Orange Parking Deck: A shuttle will run every 10 mins between the Orange parking deck (located behind Sports & Social) and the trailhead entrance at Fenton on Courage home matchdays. The shuttle is FREE. The shuttle starts 2 hours before kickoff and will continue one hour after the conclusion of the match.
We encourage fans to utilize ride share and to be dropped off at Fenton Sports & Social or the Orange Parking Deck or to be dropped off at the trailhead entrance at Fenton use the trail to WakeMed Soccer Park.
Water Stations are located throughout WakeMed Soccer Park to refill water bottles. You can find these outside the restrooms.
