Nine North Carolina Courage players will be playing in international friendlies in the coming weeks in preparation for the World Cup. Stephanie Labbé will join Canada to take on SheBelieves Cup champions, England. Denise O’Sullivan will travel with Ireland’s national team to play Italy in a friendly, while Abby Erceg will join with New Zealand’s team to take on Norway. Crystal Dunn, Abby Dahlkemper, Jessica McDonald, Sam Mewis, and McCall Zerboni have started training with the United States Women’s National Team as they look ahead to friendlies against Australia and Belgium. Debinha has joined the Brazilian Women’s National Team for a friendlies against Spain and Scotland. All international players will return to the NC Courage in advance of the NWSL home opener on April 13.
